Sugarin Oil Powder Food Color is powder form for intense shades in Chocolate, Butter Cream, Compound etc. It is pure form of colors and it blends very easily and smoothly into oil based confectionery and chocolates. It is usually added to Cocoa Butter first and then added to other medium for better control of shade development. It is also used to dilute in Cocoa Butter and then spray on cold cakes for velvet effect. It is ideal for very dark shades. It also works excellent with Handmade Soaps, Cosmetics etc.
