1. Sieve the ingredients before use. 2. Add 25gm of Liquid Glucose and 4gm of shortening to 25gm of water in a microwave safe bowl and heat it until ingredients gets dissolved. 3. Add one pack of Flexible Gumpaste Premix to a bowl and mix the hot dissolved liquid ingredients (in step 1) with the dry mix and work on it, until all combined into a dough consistency. 4. Cling wrap ir and store it in an airtight container at room temperature. 5. The paste can be used instantly.
Points to note:: * The total process can be done manually (by hand) and no stand mixer needed. * Make sure the liquid ingredients are dissolved completely and hot while adding it to the dry ingredients. * If your consistency of liquid glucose is hard then heat it in the microwave for few seconds to soften it. * Store the Flexible Gumpaste Premix in a cool dry place.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Store in a cool dark odorless environment with cap properly closed at room temperature. Store away from sunlight and heat. Keep away from children. Product characteristics can change if not stored properly. Once open use within 3 months.
