USAGE DIRECTION
Sugarin Quantum Color comes in microwave oven safe PP bottle. Just remove twist cap, tear open aluminium wad and recap bottle with twist cap. Place bottle in microwave oven and heat for 30sec to 1 min till contents in bottle are melted. Use melted Sugarin Quantum colored cocoa butter by adding to chocolate or other ways as required. Once done, close the twist cap and allow it to cool. The contents in bottle will harden when cool off.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Store in a cool dark odorless environment with cap properly closed at room temperature. Store away from sunlight and heat. Keep away from children. Product characteristics can change if not stored properly. Once open use within 3 months.

Sugarin Quantum Color is premium quality real cocoa butter color by Chef Rumana Jaseel. It is made using premium grade cold pressed cocoa butter and micronized powder colors. It is super intense and gives very dark shades. It gives best cocoa butter taste profile as no other emulsifier, preservative or additive is added to color. It can be just melted in microwave oven or warm double boiler and used to directly add to real chocolate, or spray on Polycarbonate molds or spray over freeze cooled entremets for velvet effect. It can be also used to color Fondant, Butter Cream, Ganache and many other food products.
