Sugarin Red Velvet Color is best possible red color for intense red velvet cakes. It mixes with cake batter and sponges very well. It gives very brilliant red. It is very bake safe and can withstand up to 180C for 45min. It also works great in icing like Fondant, Royal Icing, Whipping Cream, Marzipan, Gum paste etc.
