Open cap and add to food product. Mix well to ensure homogeneity.

Sugarin Whipping Colors are powder color for intense shades in Whipping Cream. It gives intense dark shades in Whipping Cream. Just follow the instruction given for best results: (1) Just add Whipping Colors to melted Whipping Cream and mix very well. (2) Once color is well mixed, keep in refrigerator for 20 min. (3) After appx. 10 min, again mix and check if the color is what you want. (4) If needed more intensity, you can add more and repeat cooling in refrigerator and mixing for color to develop. (5) Once right color is achieved, start beating. Also works great by adding Sugarin Whipping Colors into Glycerine and let it soak for some time. Soaked Sugarin Whipping Colors works faster and gives equally great results. Sugarin Whipping Colors also works great with water based icing like Fondant.
